In 1854 Anne along with Mary Ann and husband William, with her father Charles Gough, her Brothers Charles, George, sailed from England.  On Oct. 1, 1854 they landed in New York & traveled to settle in Brantford, Ontario, CANADA.  Anne married two years later and stayed in Canada while the others moved to Illinois.
